Corvus Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our Customers & potential clients, collecting necessary information, and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather information and provide details about Corvus Tech's offerings. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer records in the database. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and assist in follow-up communications. - Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Qualifications: - Graduate in any stream. - Prior experience in Telecalling, sales or customer service is preferred. - Proficient in using computer applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
