Corvus Tech is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to our Customers & potential clients, collecting necessary information, and ensuring accurate data entry into our systems.

Key Responsibilities:
– Make outbound calls to prospective clients to gather information and provide details about Corvus Tech’s offerings.
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date Customer records in the database.
– Collaborate with the sales team to identify new leads and assist in follow-up communications.
– Ensure a high level of customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications:
– Graduate in any stream.
– Prior experience in Telecalling, sales or customer service is preferred.
– Proficient in using computer applications.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
